I am what all samurai wish they were.

I am polite. I take care of my body. And most importantly, I am honorable.

I am of the best clan, the Crane. I went to the best school, the Kakita Dueling Academy. And therefore, I am a fantastic duelist. I would not have been given a kaiu blade if I was anything less than fantastic.

I also make for good company for I meditate regularly and I am play soothing music on the flute. I therefore I have a calming influence on those around me.

My skills, my good looks, my wealth, I cannot help it that I come from good stock. We are all Crane afterall so what else is expected?

So I have a sweet tooth, so what? It does not harm anyone, nor myself as I excercise for hours daily. And I’m a terrible lier, but honorable samurai such as myself do not lie anyways, so that is a perk as far as I am concerned. And elderly people creep me out. So what? How am I supposed to feel? With their thin white hair, and skin you can see through. They look like ghosts sometimes. They smell funny. Some of them druel. I mean…(shudders)

I am one damn fantastic samurai.

-Said by Kakita Suteki himself to himself as he finished flexing in front of a mirror and popped one last sweet into his mouth as he left for the day.
